From members' clubs to river lawns, London locals who know your venue.
We're Kinmara — a folk and indie pop wedding band fronted by a singing fiddle player. The first half of our opening set is proper folk: trad-leaning, fiddle-driven arrangements of songs your guests already know, before we shift gears into an indie pop party for the rest of the night.
London has given us some of our favourite rooms to play. We've performed at The Hurlingham Club in Fulham, the National Liberal Club on Whitehall and RSA House off the Strand — and if there's a theme to our London history, it's the river: Hampton Court House (twice), Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond, Ham Polo Club in Petersham, The Secret River Garden in Twickenham. Grand ballroom or boathouse lawn, the fiddle-led folk set works in both — it just wears a different outfit.
We're London locals, which matters more than it sounds. No travel supplements quietly inflating your quote, no early pack-downs to catch the last train, and we already know the realities of London venues — the freight lifts, the residents' noise policies, the sound engineer's favourite corner. And because you're booking us direct, the price our quote calculator shows is the actual price.
